As of 2010 – Fed up and doing something

Alright, so you have every intention of trying to get fitter and lose weight.

As of January 2010, I hit over 300lbs again!  And this time I had enough.

I decided to try something else – Yes exercise is important, but I also knew that I needed to do something about the amount of food I was eating.  I swallowed my pride and joined Weight Watchers.

Between January and May 2010, I lost 40lbs.  Between May and September 2010, I maintained a weight averaging 264lbs.  The next step is to lose 30lbs – I am working on the first 10lbs.

I feel great,  I look even better than I did, and I am motivated.  I have learned heaps about my body both from a food intake and exercise standpoint.
