– One line along Eglinton, underground, from Black Creek to Scarborough, replacing the Scarborough RT for C$8.2 Billion
– The city is going to enter into a Public/Private partnership to expand the Sheppard line for a further C$4 billion.
– No money for Finch RT Lines
– No North Etobicoke RT

I guarantee you, that underground line on Eglinton is going to be a financial disaster. And the public/private partnership… we’ll see.
